   I’ve tried several highlighters for annotating and journaling in my books, including some from Blieve and Mardels, but none compared to Mr. Pen. Unlike some overly vibrant highlighters that bleed through Bible pages, Mr. Pen highlighters are perfectly balanced—vibrant yet gentle enough to avoid bleed-through, especially the lighter shades.

   These highlighters dry quickly, provide consistent ink flow, and make every note and highlight stand out beautifully. The lighter colors are ideal for Bibles or delicate pages, while the darker shades work well in other books. They’re compact, easy to hold, and fit conveniently in a purse or backpack—perfect for school, work, or travel.

   I purchased the green set, and while I wish the shades were a bit more varied, the quality, price, and performance make them my absolute favorite. Mr. Pen highlighters have never disappointed me—they truly make studying, journaling, and highlighting a joy!

   While the pastel shades are a bit softer than what I’d use for highlighting key points in intensive studying, they’re absolutely perfect for lighter tasks like Bible study, journaling, or gentle annotations. The tips have a slight texture, but that didn’t bother me for everyday use.
