How the Return Process Works

1. Submit a Return Request

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Products must be returned in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Fees:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
  • The item received was incorrect, or
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

2. Prepare Your Items for Return

Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions via email.

Please ensure:

• Items are securely packed to prevent damage
• Original packaging, labels, and accessories are included
• The return label (if provided) is properly attached

3. Ship Your Items Back

Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Vasand Global Supply is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will:

• Arrange a replacement or refund
• Provide return shipping instructions at no additional cost

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

After this time, orders are processed quickly and cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or final sale items

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned items
